she cant have the greenhouse because it is one of the structures on the property that gives the house equity for which she is getting half of. Her demands are very annoying but at the same time funny because everything she gets she sells in a matter of a couple months. To date she has taken almost every asset they acquired together and left him with 100% of the debts. she took all the furniture, dishes, cooking stuff, the aluminum boat and trailer, the motorhome, her quad, the truck (which he still has to make the monthly payments for), patio set, $1000 hunting cooler big enough for a moose, kids beds/clothes/toys (we had to buy all new stuff), kids bikes (again we had to buy new), the Christmas tree.... in essence he was left with a tv, empty house, his quad, kids quads and $85,000 in debts some of which he didn't even know about because she went behind his back and got credit cards in his name that she maxed out and he found out about them when collections started hunting him down. She also wants the SK's quads but the SK's are begging us to not let her have them because they fear she will sell them too.
