People often find it easier to be a result of the past than a cause of the future.
There's a link. You can use this free little tool to minimize your pics. Install Picasa on your puter. Upload the photo you want to shrink. Crop it to get just the good stuff in, then export it into a smaller file... go with 75 pixels. That will get it to the right size.

I think....
Dawn (website creator) has to make it smaller. She usually notices when she logs on....mine was pretty big when I first uploaded it...
