OMG... I am soo upset right now. So here is how it started. BM calls SO today and said " I was running late and forgot to put SD3's glasses on her face so I will drop them off at your house later" first off really, you forgot to put her glasses on, she is old enough to remember them herself too because she has had them forever.

Anyway.... SO told her to drop leave them outside on our grill, he didn't want me to have to deal with BM and because he knew I was sleeping because I had to work tonight. Well I got up at a good time and was going to take SD11 and SD8 to the store with me because they were very very good today and let me sleep without waking me up at all. We were gone for maybe five to ten min and I simply went out the patio door as it is right by my car and you can't lock it when you leave from the outside and I never do when I run to the store because we have no real reason to lock it due to the location of where we live. No one is going to come into our house.

I guess we are not going to be doing that ever again because SO gets a phone call that BM simply opened up the door and put the glasses inside the house. She said, Well since the door was unlocked I opened it and put them inside.... OMG OMG I think I ran every light that was not green in order to get back to my house ASAP. There was many words the girls have never heard me say come out of my mouth at that moement. just talking about it now gets my heart going.

I told SO that I was going to call the cops because it's against the law to enter someones home without permission, even if the door is unlocked. And that is just what I did.

When the officer got there he told us that we could file a formal report and it's a class two mistiminer and she would get a slap on the wrist and then later on it could show that we are trying to make things more difficult for her because of the custody case. Since she didn't take anything that's all that would happen. Or they could make a call report and note that it happened and call her and warn her that she is not to do it and it has legal consequences if she ever did it again. We discussed it and opted for the later even though I wanted to stick it to BM with everyting I got but we do have to deal with the bitch for another 15 years. She was called and told that we did not want to file a report and no charges would be brought up simply because we requested for them not to be. She was yelling and screaming at the cop, conversations are recorded and he said, " she isn't very nice is she?"

I am pissed. part of me wants to contact the police and tell them something was missing and then that's a whole other issue and more serious charges but it would not be true. I could find something that is gone and then ten years later come accross it again.... HEHE... anyone else ever have this happen. Did we make the right choice?

I am just pissed at the whole thing.
