Which fellow StepTalker do you relate to the most and why?

Today, I have been really feeling mysocalledlyfe's blogs! Her descriptions of her SD sound exactly like my oldest SD. I also identify with her descriptions of how happy/relaxed her, her kids and her husband are when SD is not around.

I know mysocalledlyfe's SD runs away to her grandma's house when she doesn't get her way -- my SD runs back to her mom's house. The super weird thing is, I have two OTHER skids that stay with us. So it's usually my 2 kids, the 2 good skids, me and my husband at home. When oldest SD does come over, like mysocalledlyfe's SD, she doesn't engage with anyone else in the family - just stares at her phone.

My husband used to put his foot down about SD constantly running to her mom's house, but recently he's kind of given up. I think he feels tense when she is at our house and prefers not to deal with the drama - although he would never admit that.

So who's posts do you relate to the most and why?

Rutherford and Daizy

Rutherford's SD is the same age as mine and acts identical. I swear her stories and mine are clones.
Daizy has good advice and good answers. Her H makes excuses for his children like mine does. It's hilarious that some one else sees this and validates it.

I feel like at different times I relate to different steptalkers. I'll read something and think - that's me so often on different blogs.

I relate to different ones at different times, I suppose. The commonality is usually the brainless, overbearing bm and the oblivious, deer in the headlights dh.

I've related to various posters at different times. Anything to do with Disney Dads really jumps out at me because that's my biggest problem.

I relate mostly to foreverstacey. I feel like we agree on a lot of things and have similar situations. Plus she's hilarious!

I read most everyone's posts even if I don't comment.

I adore Ditzyblnd, and StepAside as wise beyond words. Shaman is also one of my faves.
