My girlfriend and I live together with my 6 yr old most of the time and her 5 yr old and 13 yr old most of the time as well.
We are great together, yet we fight mostly about discipline with our kids. My Child is constantly put in time out by me for being mean to her child. He's bossy and demanding. If her child shows any of the same behavior, she just says my child deserved it and it's about time he did it back. No time outs, no verbal discipline. Her child starts crying and she just explains that what he did was wrong and sends him on his way.
So, how do I deal with this? Any advise is welcome.
