I signed a parent plus loan for my estranged stepdaughter. She has not spoken to me in (10) years. She got married, had children and never once contacted me. I am stuck with a $90K loan. I do not make the money required to pay the monthly payments. She is Exec VP of a wall street firm and lives in a $1M condo in Hoboken. I tried to sue her stating that she promised to provide for me in later yesrs....I lost! Any ideas? Her mother refused to pay, then recently died.
