Temporary Restraining Orders (CA)

BioMom was recently served with DVRO to protect husband and kids from harassing behavior by BM's new boyfriend. (In CA, RO against boyfriend is irrelevant due to the fact that BM and BD are still under one roof at this time).

Hearing date is in 2 weeks. My question is, how likely is the Court to reverse or cancel the RO/move out orders? It is without question that there was enough bad behavior to have her thrown out (based on behavior of boyfriend) Would the court really think that it is okay to have her move back in?
