my gf and i are having a baby about 5 or 6 months ago she lost her car and lost her job her ex took her for child support and even without a job they ordered her to pay 500 a month based on her earnings from 2006 he is saying that she works for me, i have my own lawn and landscape company and i have custody of my two kids. not sure what to do or how to do it have been told she needs to first appeal the order but not sure how to do that
