There are people here who will find fault with anything you do, tell you to leave every husband, disengage every step-kid and start WWIII over a bio-mother who looked sideways at you. They're stuck, miserable, no escape and want you to join in the misery. They can't stay on subject because they want to talk about their miserable step-kid and can find fault with everyone but themselves.

Yes it takes a crack whore to lose custody of a bio-child. To a degree that's only right as kids under 14 or so need the nurturing most mothers can give. But children upon entering high school including girls can benefit more from being at Dad's than Mom's. Boys so they can see how a man acts and treats women and girls because they need a non-sexual male figure so they to can see how a man treats his wife.

Of course there are always exceptions. If you're making your situation work then take the workable suggestions and ignore the others.

Sadly, you're correct when you said that the courts do favor BMs, some states more than others. My BIL lost full custody of his kids to his BM even though she was arrested several times for shop lifting and other minor crimes. My uncle had to fight the court to get full custody of his daughter. That BM had been in jail for making meth and the court still gave her full custody at first when she got out. She lost custody finally when we was re-arrested for violating her probation. It's sad that the courts don't even try to decide which parent would be best for full custody.

That's incredible. A meth lab as the manufacturing center (usually in homes) can literally explode and they do on a regular basis killing all the occupants and a judge sends a kid home to live there.

My mom was so upset by sperm grandma’s toxic vitriolic bullshit that she barred her sweet little southern bell claws and shredded the sperm grandwhore before hanging up the phone.
