So 9 year old SS steps on MY foot, throws a big fit saying his foot hurts, spins around and tells me my foot shouldn't have been there...!!! I tell you what! If I would have ever disrespected my mother or someone else that is family like that, I would have gotten my ass beat! Three days ago the brat hated me! Why? Because I make sure he is dressed warm, make sure he has what he needs for school (whether that's making him a damned Who costume, buying leotards to make a Santa face in school, recording home alone 1,2,3 the last three nights, sitting there watching it with him.. Thinking of cool shelf elf ideas because his dads tired and falls asleep forgetting the whole thing..) okay, regardless, it just boggles my mind! Then we try to liven the mood, try to get into the Christmas spirit.. Well, someone has this bitter, evil look on his face because he wants to play mine craft, and we say no. So, needless to say, with the constant attitude, he went to bed early. And may start making such a habit out of it, if he so feels his negative attitude is necessary. Ok.. My vent is done.
