Sd's are 8 and 5. At the time of their births the foul bm was newly divorced and he was told he couldn't be put on sd8's. With Sd5 they gave a different excuse.

Now the bm wants his rights terminated. She is saying since he isn't on the birth certificates this will not be a problem.

My question is.....is this the case?? We live in South Carolina, btw.

He doesn't have the funds to fight this, (lawyers and court fees) is there anything we CAN do??
