Wikipedia has defined a blended family or step family as "a family in which one or both members of the couple have children from a previous relationship"

Is the definition still the same if one of the members of the couple does NOT have children?

One of the books I read called the BM, the SM's ex-mother-in-law. Whether it is ever recognized or considered by BM, we are all family!

Um...I think you answered your own question. You stated that it said "if ONE or both members have kids from a previous relationship". If only ONE has kids, then the other one wouldn't
