Or she will be by the 17th of this month.

Google Street View is my friend.

We'll be filing for enforcement of visitation and unfortunately in our state neither Papa or myself can serve the paper, so we need a process server. But this is on like Donkey Kong Beeeeyatch!

SS14 again said, and it was recorded again, that he wants us to flat out file for full custody. We cant do that right this second, but we are filing for enforcement of visitation. I explained to him that since visitation will be at a 3rd party officer of the court,a visitation center, he can say in person to the mediators there that he wants Dad to have full custody. I really think it would be handled better that way, in front of witnesses.

I would cry if SD8 wanted to live with us full time! EOW 50/50 makes me cry now. But if that is what you and your DH want then congrats! Find out when she will be served and go video it from across the street so you can sit back and watch it over and over LOL

You do not have to file the papers for him to live with you. SS did it. Our attorney drafted it and then we went with SS to sign it in front of a notary. Attorney had the papers served to her. She didn't fight it since here in GA if they are 13, the judge will do what the kid wants. It was 3 months from start to finish. Until he was 14 they gave her EOWE and then after his 14th she sees him when the kid wants. Up to him.

Really, it would be better if your SS says it in front of the mediator that he wants to live with his dad. If you're recording him bringing it up "hey dad, I really want to live with you!" then that's one thing...but if the recordings are "son, don't you want to live with us full time?" "yes" then that isn't going to help you.
