I just wanted yall to know I love the idea, I'm in,
and I really think we should invent a drink called the monkey nut punch.

i'm in. i'm good at research and information gathering.

Monkey Nut Punch

1 bottle of vodka.
1 oz. orange juice
2 oz. cranberry juice

top off with 2nd bottle of vodka.

I just recently switched to wine from rum and vodka .. I like the flavored Bacardi A LOT. But due to fibro needed to slow down. Sad

I used to drink just beer before. Now its beer, wine, vodka and loopy vodka with red bull. I'm looking for monkey straw! Smile

Believe it or not I use to not drink. And now it's a must.
Before I met DH "daddy weekends" was when I went out with my single friends for a few drinks and some dancing, and now it consists of me making a last minute trip to the store for wine, beer, or liquor because I just can't deal any more. Oh the memories I have of me and my perfecting of the mimosa.

Monkey Nut Punch drink?!

Let's see....

Monkey: banana.
Nut: amaretto, hazelnut...
Punch: rum, whiskey, vodka

How about:

Aniki's Monkey Nut Punch

2 oz. amaretto
2 oz. vodka or rum
1 oz. creme de cacao
1 banana (sliced)
1 pint vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp chocolate syrup

Combine amaretto, vodka/rum, creme de cacao, banana and ice cream in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of 2 glasses.
Split mixture between glasses.
Garnish with whipped cream (chopped nuts, banana slice, or cherry are optional).

I don't like banana liqueur, but fresh 'nanas are delish! I might have to whip some up this weekend - it's a skid weekend. Dangit.

One of my fave ice cream drinks is a Brandy Alexander. Grasshoppers are pretty tasty, too!
