So DH got a text from his ex yesterday stating that she was going after her 1st ex (he was #2) for more CS for her middle DD since her eldest is now 18. Makes me wonder if in 4 years she's gonna come after DH for more CS when she no longer receives CS for her two oldest DDs... Ugh!!!

*fyi she told DH cause we know some of the same people as her 1st ex and she "didn't want us to hear it from anyone else" lol

She is only looking to bump ex#1 because daughter #1 has aged out and daughter #2 has not so ex#1 would be on the hook for and adjustment due to the fact he is now only supporting one child. Ex#2 she can go after for a modification but really as long as nothing has changed he is not liable for more support. Just because she loses income from someone elses child support does not make it another child's father's job to pick up the slack from that. It is child support not BM support.
