Anyone who knows NC laws... must you respond to an appeal for a child custody order? If so, how? I cannot find the forms anywhere on the nccourts website.
Thanks so much for your response. Would you have any points on preparing a brief? We agree with the court order, and have nothing to say other than we agree. There were no legal points given to us, we were only given a notice of appeal. We do not even know on what basis she is appealing the decision!
