Does your DH, FH or BF know about this site???

I was just wondering if your DH, FH or BF know about what you write on this site, and if so how he feels about it. I recently found this site after months of anxiety and frustration and it's been really helpful so far. But I have not told my BF about it. Please let me know what you think!

He's Truelightbeing, but I don't think he's ever written a blog.

and he's not wild about the idea of me discussing *private* info with *strangers* lol! He once said he wished he was a fly on the wall so he could see what I was posting. He should be thankful I have this site to vent because it's a great release instead of laying into him about certain issues.

My fiance sure does.... he's the one who found this site & shared it w/ me. He has never read any of my posts on his own, though I have shared a few w/ him as a way to further a discussion on a matter. I am thankful he did find this site... it has helped w/ so many issues!!!

I read him things that other people write, or what I write, from time to time. Reading him other peoples' frustrations has really helped him to understand how hard it is being a stepmom. He totally gets it -- and I love him for it!

My BF has tried to get out of me what I am doing sometimes, asks what is so good on the internet (which I usually share more than he really likes me to) and when I tell him just a forum. I know he is curious, but does not know.

If he did know what I was writing.... I would no longer be in a relationship

I was so excited to find this site that I blurted it out to him. I also have 'soldier's disease' (to put it euphemistically) of the mouth, so I have a hard time ever holding anything in with him or keeping anything from him. That said, he does know I have been on my laptop a lot more lately and sometimes I will read out something funny from the blogs. He is slightly disturbed that there are so many step-parents out there who don't like/actively hate their skids, but it really made him see that my complaints are not unusual and really validated what I have been saying to him. I mention it here and there now, so at this point he is just happy that I have a place to vent and a good outlet for my irritation and anger (rather than being cranky with him!). The most common question he asks me when i'm on here is, "what's so funny?" Honestly though, I don't think he'd be interested enough to get on here and read anything and I haven't told him my screen name (although I wouldn't lie to him if he asked).

Good question! I'm also wondering how many BMs and teenage/adult Skids get on here (I am a skid myself, come to that) as well?
