So, I have two graduations to deal with next year. I know places book up super fast and I want to get out ahead of the game. I talked to DD25 last night about some of the issues facing us – two families, parents who don’t get along, ticket limits, distance, etc….

This morning DD25 texted me with her version of how things on both weekends should go. I won’t bore you all with the backstory, but I made a few tweaks and asked her “you’re texting all of this to Money-Ka, aren’t you?” with a smiley face because I knew I was right.

Inside of 6 minutes, DD25, Money-Ka and I hammered out both graduation weekends. Who is hosting dinner what night, who is going to what ceremonies, blah blah blah blah....Because we are adult women who know what’s important and how to get things done.

Easy. Peasy. I told DD25 to please thank Money-Ka for being so efficient and rational. Money-Ka told DD25 to thank me as well. Three grown ass women – making shit happen. BOOM!!!
