My BF is NOT funny ......

So my SS and I are sitting here, watching the Cleveland Show. It's hilarious he enjoys it and we're good. Until one character mentions it being her "time of the month" and he says "It's call SHARK WEEK! Get it right!"

My BF thought it was funny when we got together to call my period Shark Week (even set my text tone on his phone to JAWS) and ever since then the SS asks me "Is it Shark Week?" whenever I get moody. The look on his face the one time I snapped "Yes it is....is this a problem?!" He looked super shocked and I laughed.

My SS is 11....he's just like his BD! I even call him BD Junior! He hates it, pretends to be mad and it's all games. However there are a few running jokes I wish he hadn't picked up.

I'm 28 so I've got time lol it's easy to fake the crazy. I've done it a few times to test if my BF can tell. (I'm awful I know!!!!)

LMAO!!!! That is great. I have been reading through that and OMG I'm dying! I'm very thankful my BF works and ATM I don't. I'm trying to find a job, but wow.

As much as I hate to see your DH be a total tool to you....I have to ask...WILL YOU TEACH ME?!?!? I've read almost all of your blogs, posts, comments, etc...and I gotta tell ya..I NEED YOUR BACKBONE! My life would be so much simpler if I could just learn how to handle all the BS like a woman instead of a scared kid!! I don't care if you have to kick my ass to do it lol..I have always been a friggin doormat and frankly I'm annoying myself LOL..

Seriously, I've taken so much in from watching how Dtzy deals with her DH it's helped me. At first, I'd be like, "nah, this shit is NOT cool" then I'd think "WWDD?" (What would Dtzy do?) and I'd try to respond how I thought she would. Basically, "I'm not putting up with any shit, this is how it is" and know what? Life is better. I swear she should write a book and take that shit on tour!

That is so right!!!! Goes along with the "When the Hulk goes into a tirade and destroys the city he's just mad, I do and I'm "on my period"
