The attorney sent me the adoption papers. All signed, registered, and official.

So, no more Skid. Now he is just a run of the mill PITA kid. Gotta love it. Wink Biggrin Dirol

He will be 23 this coming summer. Last summer his mom and I had our 20th anniversary/vow renewal. It made a huge impression on him that much of my family traveled across the country to be there, tons of our friends did too. His Sperm Clan has not made any effort for him or for each other as far as positive events are concerned.

As part of the celebration my wife gave her dad (her step dad) her adult adoption. He was in the delivery room when she was born and he and MIL married when my wife was 2mos old. Her BioDad was killed in a car accident before MIL knew she was pregnant.

That celebration and our 20+ years as a family got him thinking and he decided he has always been a Rags and he wanted me to adopt him. So we called our killer attorney that helped us kick Sperm Clan ass and got the ball rolling. It was done in 4 days. Our attorney walked it through the process and got the Judge to sign.

He has always been my son now he has my name.

The Sperm Clan no doubt is fit to be tied.

My wife told me "You and I picked each other and now he has picked you". That got me. Time to shred another man card since real men never shed a tear. Wink

YAY!! Now we can only hope Drac0's wife will wake up and realize he's trying to save the tall one.
