He told me his GF didn't come home at all one night so he pitched her shit into the street. He felt bad about it later and went to where he thought she would be. I guess the friend answered the door and said he better leave and that the cops had already been called. He said he was arrested at his apartment.

Sounds fishy, huh? If he left immediately, why trespassing charges? And isn't almost a year in jail quite a long time for trespassing? There's obviously more to this story... I'm speculating some domestic battery perhaps.

I feel bad for my bio's. He's a bad influence and hardly sees them. Maybe every 6-8weeks, but my BS13 adores him. My BD2 loves him but has been shy around him for quite some time. Now she probably won't remember him at all, if he makes contact once he's out. My ex said he already told BS that this might happen, but how in the hell am I supposed to talk to him.about it myself.
