BM has made my life hell for more years than I care to admit.
After I called the cops on her, her own attitude and actions ensured that the Karma bus and train paid a visit to her doorstep. While I have been patted on the back for making a BM pay, I am here before you today to admit: I am a rank novice at serving Karma to people.

Yesterday I met the true KARMA master. I learned lessons in being a bitch that were on a PHD level and were frankly awe inspiring! I want to study under this Karma master and learn the secret ways of being able to order up not just a Karma Bus or Train... but to snap my fingers (and do alot of research) and have a Karmic Nuclear Arsenal unleash upon those I deem worthy.

Holy mother of GOD!

This week (yes, WEEK) has been BM's 'day in court' for the civil case my boss (SASX) brought against her for reporting the company I work for (which my boss considers to be her biological child) tax evasion/ fraud. BM was sued for physical damages, punative damages, damage to business reputation and a host of other crap I cannot even remember.

BM's attorney was out classed, out gunned and worthless on the issue. Ok, honestly he probably wasn't... but Boss and her attorney were so GOOD that it seemed that way. Boss and her attorney had cold hard facts, numbers crunched, pie graphs, charts, professional witnesses it was truly an utterly lopsided battle. Kind of like watching a snake and mouse fight..

Final disposition?

BM owes my boss: $1.5 MILLION dollars!!!!!!!!
I think BM shit herself.
I know I would have if I got a judgement like that put against me.

Then bosses attorney immediately filed to seize, BM's house AND contents (physical property), car, bank accounts, retirement accounts, life insurance accounts, stocks, bonds and "any future income, inheritance/insurance payout or one time windfall (any lottery winnings essentially)", in their entirity, until such time as the judgement in paid in full.

Now, BM's house is in forclosure. Her parents have all her crap in storage. I have no idea what her retirement accounts have in them, or if she has stocks and bonds... that may be standard wording so IF she ever aquires any the attorneys can immediately snatch it up to satisfy the judgement. Not really sure how it works, but damn.
