How'd that work out for you BM?

Trial over. State attorney submitted the records from FPL and Century Link of the phone number that the calls were made from. SD19 was called to the stand to testify as far as who made those calls but never had to speak a word. BM upon SD19 being sworn in changed her plea to NOLO.

Adjudicated guilty.

365 days of incarceration at the local pokey, once she finishes her federal time. (She she goes from prison to jail)
$7500.00 to be paid in restitution, penalties and court/felony fees.

IIRC, BM falsely reported JHW's employers for tax fraud. The IRS takes this seriously, and spent a lot of money and time auditing the company. The feds slapped BM in prison for knowingly giving a false report to the IRS.

It's all in JHW's back blogs, so I while I may have a couple details wrong, they're verifiable.

Pfffffffft. And she waived the plea because she didn't want to pay $5000. Hahahahahaha.

And I didn't realize your BM was already in federal prison, so, damn.

(4) A person who, after an injunction for protection against repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence pursuant to s. 784.046, or an injunction for protection against domestic violence pursuant to s. 741.30, or after any other court-imposed prohibition of conduct toward the subject person or that person’s property, knowingly, willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person commits the offense of aggravated stalking, a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084

Above was the big one that made it a felony... also identity theft but that was a misd. due to the 'theft' did not cost me anything financially.
