I hate Child Support Services!
I got a letter saying that my services have been dropped. Why b/c ex is in jail! What really??? He will get out in nov.
I called them and they said that once he is out I can file again but it will cost 25 bucks! Really the dude owes thousands and I have to pay??? What is up with that? He is should have to pay it. I'm not the one trying to avoid paying he is. GGRRR

I'm sorry to hear that! I know how frustrating it is. DH paid his CS every single month for 9 years. They even threated and attempted to garnish his wages when BM asked for an increase and DH was never informed of this "increase" He had to fight and fight and fight to prove he was never informed by CS Services. Now DH has sole custody and BM was ordered $50.00 a month and DH hasn't seen a dime in 19 months since the order was put into effect and it doesn't look like they're coming after BM. I hate it too Purple.

I know my dh paid his for 10 years without fail and when he lost his job it was nothing but pressure. But yet they wont go after a dead beat that never paid?? GGrrr
