My mom just removed her NG feeding tube, while I was out of the room talking to my drunk estranged younger brother.

The tube was stitched into her .

You think at 10, 20, 30, 40 that there is time to patch things up in a family. My brother has spent many years making my moms life hell.

My older brother and you.get brother have not talked in years. Today my you.get brother is figuring out the importance of family. A little to late

I'm sorry to post here, but I have noone to turn to. I'm supposed to bear it all, stand tall.

It's 4am. I have had a long day, a longer night. I've been here for almost 24 hours. You can't leave a scared dying person.

I'm so sorry for you. This isn't a time to hash out all your family drama but a time for unconditional love and support. Good luck.

I'm so sorry! I wish that I knew words that would make this better, but I don't. It's a horrendous situation, especially when estranged family & family issues cause unnecessary drama.
