So what CAN I do?

Several people posted on my last blog for me to find Ex2, nail his balls to the wall, take every penny, so on and so forth.

I've gone thru child support enforcement in the state I'm in (South Carolina) I've given them ALL information I have on him, and still nothing.

We were never married, so there is no co, anything.

He lost it one day, I called the cops and had them remove him from my home, he left and has never looked back.

So, what am I not doing, or doing wrong?

If you need more background, feel free to ask. I have no problem giving details if I can get help.

I don’t know how it works where you are, but in Texas the AG will ignore the crap out of you until you become a pest.

My ex did not pay for years…I started trying to get them to enforce the order but no luck. (they were doing NOTHING) . So I started calling every week. Same question over and over and over…”Did you find where he is working yet?” They would tell me to call back in 12 weeks and check again. I called back every 7 days. After I started that….they found him in less than 8 weeks. This was after almost two years of me calling a few times a year.

That is also my experience, I would get payments here and there. Three years went by with nothing only income taxes. When I call every week, lord and behold I get payments, but you have to be persistent. It gets tiring but I swear it always works for me!

If you at least get it court ordered, than any tax return he may get would come to you. It is something. Also, judgements against him like this can affect him in many ways, including his Drivers License, and that may force him to pay you.

You can't get anything unless you start the process with the courts and make it official.

You owe it to your child to try...

I have BEEN trying for three years. They say they're looking, and yet I've still got nothing.

I call, get vm, leave messages, never hear back from them. Lather, rinse, repeat. Its a vicious cycle.

I have been given court dates. I show up thinking finally, they've found him.......nope, nada, no dice.

I just got off the phone with them again, vm again. Wanna place bets on whether or not they call back THIS time? Betcha the answer is no. And my kids are the ones who suffer.

I just did that. And pray for me people I think I've got him!!!!!!

It gave his employer, I called them he IS working there. So I called cse until I got an answer and told them. They're gonna serve him AT WORK!!! Finally, three years later, I may get some justice!

Thanks Stepmomma83! They're going to "try" and serve him at work because I still don't have his home address. And the one I DO have is Mommy's and she isn't helping.

I had to call and call and call until someone at cse got tired of hearing the phone ring I guess, lol. I don't care if I drive them bat shit crazy if I get some results!
