Christmas Drama continues . . .
After telling DH that he would not be seeing the boys at all for the next three weeks if he doesn't agree to take them this weekend (which is completely against the CO), BM has now changed to an all new bizarre claim.
The following nonsense:
I didn't mean that you would not see them. I meant that you would not have them overnight at all for the next three weeks. If that is what you want, then I don't have a problem keeping them the first weekend as well.

THIS IS NOT THE GODDAMN CO! This is the fourth christmas we've had according to THE SAME CO, and every freaking year she starts sending these bullsh!t emails that completely ignore the CO altogether.
The CO says she gets them continuously for the first 9 days. Then DH gets them continuously for the next 9 days. THE FREAKING END.
Dh says he will continue to email her back with explanations (to cover his ass) but that he will call the cops if she doesn't bring them to us when she's supposed to (12 o clock xmas day) or if she tries to take them at any point after that.
What would you do in this situation?

I like the letter idea. She is always sending us bullshit emails, and then the court turns around and says that it doesn't count because "oh, someone could have tampered with her email."
