Whose the poster (BM) that was maybe going to take a CS settlement?

Ex owed CS and was offering the poster 20k to settle the back CS.

Just following up to see what you decided to do. Sorry I can't remember who it was exactly.

It was moving on again. I think she mentioned once that she has not yet seen the money, so I think she took the deal.

It was me. The Prosecutor's Assistant was taking the offer to ex that I would take $20K, forgive $15 in arrears, and he would still owe current CS until my son graduates/turns 21/quits school and $11K in arrears.

The case was continued to Thursday. I haven't heard if he accepted the offer or even has the money but I haven't see the money so who knows what he's up to.

We leave on vacation next week so if he doesn't do something soon, I am not going to be able to "forgive" the $15K until I get back.

Ya, I was waiting on an update or the money to hit my bank.

I am beginning to wonder if he just said it to get my hopes up. Oh well, he's still on the hook for all $45K as of right now, so no skin off my nose.
