Documentation tip...iPhone related
For those of you who have an iPhone I just found a trick to documenting calls name*, time, details.
*make sure you change the name to their name and not a nick name! lol
Take a screen shot of it, send it to email and bam! It's documented!!
How do you take a screen shot?
Press the off button down at the same time press the center home button. You will hear it take the screen shot.
Then go to photos and it should be in your album. The select it, select the icon to email and bam! You will have a screen shot of the call on email!

Yes, it works with texts too.
Yes, it works with texts too. Which is good because the text screen shows who the textis from, time and date. I would think attorneys get so many cases where it is one person's word vs another. Sonin cases where someone does have documentation of something then I would think it would help. It helped us once when bm had our cs raised. Shortly after dh lost his job and we had to get it lowered. Bm tried to say he quit his job and dh of course denied it. Bm's attorney shut her up when our attorney showed them the paperwork that he lost his job. Emails/texts would be the same because it is proof of something she said. Anything that can prove your 'side'.
