On 9/17 DH sent me an email at work telling me about some upcoming things going...poker night, SD11s ball game, and he mentioned 2 work related trips coming up in October. He has to travel a few days for work about once ever 3 or 4 months. I confess I did not put his travel dates on my calendar right then.

Around 10am this morning I get a call at work from DH. He said, "I just wanted to let you know I made it." My first reaction was "made it where???" but as soon as it was out of my mouth I knew he must be on a trip. The thing is, he never mentioned this trip to me at all this weekend. Didn't ask if I could take the dog to the vet since he would be out-of-town...he had tried to get her in this weekend but her test results weren't back from their lab yet. Didn't say a thing about it last night before going to bed, didn't pack last night, didn't say a thing about it when he woke me just enough to give me a kiss, as he does every morning before he leaves for work....didn't say "I'll see you ond Wed. evening"....no "i'm on flight xxx, staying at Hotel xxx" nothing....

Am I wrong to be pissed about this??? I'm so frustrated with his lack (or poor at best) of communicaton....
