This is the 10th grade and probably his fifth "disciplinary" write up:

Prince Hygiene was taking a unit test and was told to only have a number 2 pencil and his study guide out. He was caught with his cell phone right before the Girhippo came to pick him up. This has been an ongoing problem in English class

Prince Hygiene has been given many reminders for appropriate behaviors ie. cell phone, headphones, hat/hood, sitting in a desk and not on top of a desk. The behaviors continue to be a problem. Comments: Met w/ Mr Guidance Counselor. Prince Hygiene's phone was held by the office for the day and Prince Hygiene was warned that a parent/guardian will need to pick up his phone the next time it is taken.

Conclusion?  The brat is stil an animal (not to insult animals)
