So much to say about vacation,...

But a little at a time,...

First rant:

I do not want to go on another vacation with just FDH.AND SKIDS I told FDH that next time each kid is bringing a friend and the oldest two are going to pair Off.....

The showing and fighting was too much for me.

I was thinking more that the oldest two would take their friends and be gone the WHOLE day. And all we would have was the youngest and her friend to watch. The oldest two would get money for food and a time at the end of the day to be back at a meeting place and that's it!

I have not yet told FDH, but the next vacation we take needs to be JUST US.

However FSS10 mentioned to me that DAD said before this vacation that next year, and every other year after that should be a week long vacation, where we can "really go somewhere"

I want to pull my hair out at the thought,.... and I told FDH "um why would you make a promise like that to your kid without consulting me??? It's my money too going into this and my time off work,... and Hello? Do you want to marry me??? we have to save for a wedding too RIGHT???
