Haunted house and wanting attention
We went to a haunted house put on by the high schoolers at our local school.
Took girl12, boy10 and girl8. When we got there girl12 saw some of her friends, so her dad let her go with them.
They ended up being in the same group as us, right behind us. So we go through with boy10 and girl8, it was as I expected ( a lot of screaming and jumping out to startle you) boy 10 jumped a few times and girl8 jumped a few times. The 7th grade girls behind us (girl12 included) were screaming from the second we got in and laughing and just being loud. We got out and boy10 and girl8 asked if we could go again, their dad said no, we were going home. Girl12 comes out and they are laughing and screaming together and without asking the whole group goes back inside to do it again. Her dad follows her yelling her name and girl12 finally turns around and asks to go back inside with her friends. Dad says no we are going home to say goodbye, she yells in "goodbye" and turns around crying and starts gasping for air and crying. As we walk to the car she is saying that she was so incredibly scared and going on and on. Of course her dad puts his arm around her.
I did not say a word, but I am thinking in my head that she is just wanting attention! Boy10 and girl8 went through it and are just FINE!
The only reason girl12 was crying and making a big deal was that her dad pulled her away from her friends, who were HELLO going back in to go through that SO SCAREY haunted house AGAIN!
It was such a HUGE cry for attention, I don't know why her dad couldn't see it, it just pissed me off that she was doing this to get attention.

My comment would be ...'Well
My comment would be ...'Well maybe she would like to sit out the next thing we attend seeing it is too scary for her."
