Fathers Rights website? BM keeping child away from father
Does anyone have any good Fathers Rights websites or lawyers that would give free legal info? Bm has kept SK from father despite father paying child support and attempting to contact child by phone and mail. Has anyone dealt with this? What did you do?? PLEASE HELP!!!!
Oh let me add that he has the right to call every day between 6-7 pm which he always does but she never answers! We have a VERY limited income due to CS (which is half of dh's paycheck!!!) so we need all the extra help we can get!

Your local PD should be contacted everytime she does not answer the phone. Have the CO ready.
My husband used the book called Father's Rights when we were sued for full custody. We are in CA...and that usually never flies. We won big on that and she actually lost more of her 50/50 order.
Most attorney's may consult one time for free...call around...but get a father's rights attorney.

He answers a lot of questions on his fb page, and I believe he has a yahoo group as well. This guy really knows his stuff and probably would help you research it if he isnt sure. Hopefully he can get you pointed in the right direction.

Thank you! DH is going to file contempt on her and we'll see what happens. I'm tired of her thinking that she can get away with whatever she wants just because she the BM. She constantly breaks the CO and bullies DH around. Why cant these BM's understand the importance of the child having relationship with BOTH parents?
