So proud of my son - he made my Mother's Day special
So yesterday and today are moving days. Yesterday ss19 and ss16 did not show up to help move. Dh is vomiting so much he had to bail, so it was just bs15 and me to so all the work. Well I have to tell you that bs15 sure came into his own, he just worked like a slow plodding mule ALLLL day. He did not complain, he just picked up and put into truck all day and he did everything I asked of him with not complaint. Twice I called an hour break and he ate lunch the first break and took a cold shower the second break and then back at it. He brought all the stuff to the garage and we stacked it very tightly into the truck and he even crawled up and was able to pack all the little crooks and crannies! It was 110 degrees in that truck too and at one point he told me to go sit down b/c my face was beet red, but he never stopped.
So I want to do a shout out to all bs who do their mom proud by being the person they were raised to be!! I am a real proud mama today.
At about 7 last night we had the car packed with fragile stuff and DH gave bs15 a $20 and said "take your mom out for hamburgers, you two worked hard today and deserve to have a good meal" So we did just that and then at the new place we sat in the quiet yard and drank pop and talked.
I could not have asked for a better Mother's Day gift. I am more blessed then bm for sure
