Just found it skids didn't actually get dropped off at BMs friend while she worked. They were left home alone again. Guess that little lie was just for our pleasure.

So if BM sees nothing wrong with leaving them home alone rather than leaving them with me why lie? Why not just do what you have been doing and stand by it.

Oh well after reading all the responses I need to just let it go. Need to adopt my favorite saying found here...not my monkey not my circus.

Unfortunately he doesn't have 50/50 on paper. He basically bought his kids time by agreeing to pay full awarded support. BM never wanted the kids full time that only came about when her lawyer told her how much money she would get.
I have come to the conclusion that I am removing my involvement, not worth the fight and not my problem. Sad but true.
