Has anyone seen this case? We all read so much madness on this site and other forums but this BM really takes it up a notch. What a b****!

I could totally see BM doing that to DH.

I don't understand why he still has the phone, though. I would've just returned it to BM and asked that it not come back to my house. I mean I get that BM would've just given it back to her and that the parenting lesson would not be learned, but it sounds like he's not planning to parent at this point anyway, so why not just give it back at this point?

Oh, she'll undermine him. The very fact this woman pushed the case to the police shows she's undermining and awful. But this guy recognizes that this kid is a lost cause, so why not just give it back at this point? (Of course, I might be inclined to accidentally drop it first...)

He shouldn't still have the phone. If the ex paid for it, he should have given it back to her.

Yes, he has every right to take the phone away from his daughter while she's with him. Absolutely. BUT if the ex bought the phone then it should have been handed back to her when the daughter went home.

The mother shouldn't have gone through the bullshit with the police though. She should have just asked him to give the phone back to HER, not the daughter, and possibly been sane enough to keep the phone at her house when the daughter visited.

Mom should have supported dad's wishes on handling the brat of a kid! Dad should have given mom the phone since she paid for it. Mom should have kept it from daughter. But that would be effective co parenting, and many BMs can not do that at all. So she made a fool of herself and put her daughter on the stand, give me a break! What a petty ass whining bitch this one is!

Absolutely absurd HRNCY!!!!!! So now you're promoting parents not being able to parent their child properly? Holy crap on a cracker. BM was supplying the phone to SD when she was using it to post soft porn pictures of herself. I guess my hubby and I are awful people since we confiscated the phone and did not return it to SD.

Fuvk me. I could care less who buys what for SD. If something inappropriate or illegal basically is going on with that, I'm taking that little fuvker.

He is a good dad. And obviously he knows if he was to give the phone back to the biological mother, she would give it back to her daughter. That mother is wildly an inappropriate mother.

1. Notthemomma, absolutely agree with your last line. SSs are coming back tonight. I so hope they have their phones so that I can check to see what the hell they were texting BM about last time they were here. Probably been deleted. Anyway- you bring technology here, you are under 21, it is subject to search by parental units.

2. OMG, LadyFace, that (dildo scenario) is possibly the best thing I have read in a loooooong time. Thank you!!!

3. The BM is obviously one of the loopy ones. It makes me so tired, reading about all the crazy. I wish they could all go to an island together, Lord of the Flies style. Leave us here to get on with our lives. How nice would that be?

Did I read that right, that BM is married to a police officer in that same city? I wonder......
