Quick synopsis:
The judge ruled that at the father's request the children stop being home-schooled by their mother and go to public school.

All of the talk that's going on from conservatives about this basically ignore the fact that the father requested it because he thinks his wife's crazy fundamentalist beliefs aren't giving his kids the education they need. The talking heads are basically saying the government is trying to tell people how to raise their children. HELLOOOO, that's what 90% of custody decisions do!!!

Good for that dad and good for that judge actually taking a father's wishes concerning his children's education into consideration.
