So I go in to fill out forms for something in the town where my kid goes to school. I live only 10 miles from this town. Hell you don't even have to make a turn. Take a right out of my driveway, drive 10 miles down the road and you drive right past the damn office. They say, "Okay, we're going to mail you this card, when you get it come in and we will finish the paperwork and you will be set to go." They send a card out to make sure you gave them the right address.

So when I did this, it was last Wednesday. I still haven't received it yet. How long does it take to deliver one piece of paper 10 miles down the road?! I mean I haven't even had to wait this long for mail that has came from 100 miles away. So there is a fifty percent chance that the people that were mailing it, are slower then a turtle going backwards or it's the Post Office. In all honesty, I don't understand why the lady has to verify my address. I mean the address was on my license and a piece of identifying mail I gave her for fucks sake.
