How Can we Find out if BM is Working?
She claims she only works 5 hours a week, however she ALWAYS has money to take SS places and buy him crap he doesn't need. She currently pays no child support and, well, let's face it - I'd like her to.
She uses work as an excuse quite often as well.

During the divorce, each party represented themselves. She provided W2s that showed that she only worked her 5 hours and that she received some unemployment.
In subsequent hearings she noted that she had a second job where she worked one day a week. She also submitted documents /copies of things she had clearly altered as well.
We tried submitting her old Tax Returns that DH had showing she was able to make $40k prior to their splitting up.
Nothing was awarded at the time because she asked for spousal support and tried to say that DH and her were together the entire 7 years she had been gone, when in fact, he couldn't find her to divorce her.
I think the judge didn't want to go through a huge discovery process, especially given that neither of them were represented. DH was also between jobs at the time, so the judge just said nothing would b ordered at that time.
Another Q: Since this was all finalized in February, is it too soon to go file for support? Should we also file our contempt allegations at that time and ask for a modification to the schedule and support as well? Right now DH is primary and she has EOWE.

Yes, DH was just happy not to be having to pay her spousal support. The judge actually started to enter the numbers they each provided into the support calculator and it showed DH owing her $400 each month. BM got a big grin on her face, but the judge just said he wasn't going to make an award.

I have thousands of pages of proof BM is a prostitute, charging atleast $150/hour, plus her arrest record. DH still receives no CS and BM still gets state assistance.

Right now, Uberskank (BM in my life) has a job. However, she has only worked a total of 3-4 months in the last 4.5 years (told DH's kid she makes more on unemployment).
It's amazing, though unemployed most of the time, how she can afford her apartment, her car (used luxury model), little trips to the coast all of the time, food, spray tans, acrylic nails, etc.
She may be getting the money from the same source as Uberskank. Flat on her back or on her knees.

Oh, she's working 5 hours a week, because, "times are hard". Apparently they've been hard for a really long time.
No, why would she work. Her girl friend / best friend (depends on what day it is whether she's admitting to being involved with this person or not) has allowed her to live in her home rent free for the past several years, lets her drive her cars and apparently gives her money to blow on SS.
Not sure why she doesn't work. SS tells us she goes to the gym twice a day, so that must be nice too...
