12 year old girl and her brother shot by BM at the social services office. BM was angry that she was denied food stamps even though she didn't turn in enough information. Also felt she was owed restitution. The girl died and her brother is in critical condition. At least BM offed herself as well.

This is so tragic for those children. How do these mentally ill get to keep their children? Bc the world is afraid to open their windows and ears???? I just don't GET it.
