I hope someone can answer my quetion...
well,I want to know when my husband stop to pay a child support?and his ex will not call anymore?

CS is either till they are 18 or 21 or sometimes they are ordered to pay part of college tuition too. You would have to see the support agreement from the court. If there is not one from the court then it is 18 or when the child graduates high school.

The ex calling.....well that depends on the ex. My H exgirlfiend will probably stop calling right at 18 yrs. But some BMs are crazy and probably call forever. Hopefully yours will stop calling as of the time CS stops.

And one that many of us stew over day in and day out. Your husband will likely be paying child support until he either gets greater than 50/50 custody or his children all turn 18.

And when she will stop calling?

Never.

Depends on his divorce decree...some have to pay until 18th bday, some until graduate college or age 22. They generally stop calling once the kids are adults...or least only call the kids. At least thats what I've seen and experienced with my own parents.

I changed my home # and made it private. SD not allowed to use it. Her mother comes every friday to pick her up (hate :sick:
to see her) and stays in front of the house for about 20-40 minutes with the SD before they drive away...drives me nuts. This is a little venting but trust me there is a story behind it. But really? Why stay in front of my house when yall both are in the truck?!!!!!
