FDH confronted BM about the money she 'took'
As many of you had said we probably won't get the money back but BM was informed (more or less) that we know what she did and what has been done to insure that she can't do that again in the future.
For those of you that don't follow my posts - FDH recently found out that a medical bill he paid half of may not have been for SS4, it may have been for BM.
FDH was not looking forward to it and we had been gone all weekend but when we got home there was mail from the doctor's office with SS4's itemized bill. Yup all $0 balances. So FDH took that and the 'bill' that BM gave us and we went to return the boys.
Usually he doesn't go in but this time he stepped just inside the door to address the issue while I waited in the car. He told her that he had contacted the doctor to make sure that they bill both insurances and they told him that the insurance cover everything. He added that they said that the bill had been for her. She claimed that she hadn't been there, he just repeated that and said that was all they could tell him. He then said that he had to boys put on their own account now so that he can access it (since he has no right to access HER records, just the kids) she freaked a little but he assured her that they would still bill both insurances. She still denied it so and wanted to keep his copy of the bill to which he told her no. He gave her the name and number of the lady that he talked to and to her to call and request her own copy. He just closed with "I would like to know where my money went." He also wrote everything that he said to her down for her in her stupid notebook. 
As we pulled away I saw BM spiriting to the back of the house with her Husband (who had been sitting on the sofa for the whole conversation) trailing slowly behind her. That tells me BM was either running to maul SS4 or to find her bill, clearly upset as her man was trying to console or yell at her. is it any of my business no... but BM should learn to shut her blinds.
I told FDH she may call him today after she calls the doctor to flip out on him. I think she is a little panicked right now. She did call last night stressed about SS6 homework, which was all done and in his bag it just needed to be left there.

it was suggested, but I always tell FDH it's up to him. She is his problem. He opted to do it this way. I told him after we are married I WOULD be more involved when it comes to things like money.
BM called FDH... She said
BM called FDH... She said that she talked to the doctor and that they are going to send her a check for $200 bucks but is will take a few weeks. She asked if FDH needed the money back soon but he said no, he didn't NEED the money he just didn't want to have to pay bills that he didn't have to. She also repeated that she didn't go to the doctor, she doesn't need to go to the Doctor because she is fine. She also thanked him for bringing it to her attention, she didn't even think about it.

While I am at it I will hide the fact that there might be something wrong with me because I can't accept anything less than perfection. Also I don't have the money right now to pay you back so you are going to have to wait until after the holidays. I hate you for figuring out how stupid I really am."
