It's not a big deal but it totally annoyed me, especially since he's very much aware I no longer encourage or want a relationship with his kid (long, long, boring story).

She was walking out of the bathroom this morning and I noticed she looked like death warmed over. I asked if she was okay, and she rubbed her lower abdomen and said she had a bad night (cramps). I gave her a dose of Aleve and asked her if she had anything for her time. She said no, that she needed to get some stuff. I said okay, use something of mine but your Dad can pick up what you need while you're running errands.

I went into the kitchen and let DH know his kid would need to stop by the store for some feminine products. He said am I supposed to get them or are you taking her?

I looked at him like he was nuts (which he is for assuming I'd do something for his kid) and said.....excuse me but your kid is not my responsibility. You can take her shopping while you're out and about.

Just a small vent over something dumb but it still frosted my cookie.
