My brother (the one that his wife cheated and is on drugs, now soon to be ex wife) told him a while back that she will sign over custody that she doesn't want the kids. They are going through that process now.

Only bad thing about this is that it looks as though she will just skip out and having nothing to do with them at all. He said that she isn't taking any of her visitation and that the last time the kids seen her they all told her how much they love her and she was unresponsive and just walked away.
