Love lost due to SD situation
I told DH that I am going to be moving out for a few days, weeks, or more. He is trying his best to assure me that he will change and put the marriage first. But we are to the point that the only conversation we have is about SD-17 and her pregnancy. I don't think I could have a discussion without her being brought up....in fact when I asked him what he wanted for the two of us (him and me) he told me he wanted his daughter to grow up and learn to take care of herself.....says it all don't it.
I am trying to remember the last time we had time alone. Since SD found out she is pregnant she has attached herself to us. She goes everywhere with us. SD has absolutely no friends now. The boy who got her pregnant would go anywhere with her. When I try to separate from her ....I get the pity speech from her or from DH.
I hate to say it but I don't think I have any emotions for DH anymore -- and I don't think he could do anything to change my mind. Sad

Your poor DH is going to
Your poor DH is going to wake up and realize how alone he is without you. SD will not comfort him or be a partner to him as you have been trying to do. I'm so sorry. It must be hard for you but it sounds like you are strong and capable of taking care of yourself.

Good grief, if SD (26) came
Good grief, if SD (26) came home preggars, I'd have my bags packed the next day. Between DH coddling her and not being assertive - to her acting like a 16 year old brat - it would be to much for me to tolerate.
Best of luck to you.
I am sorry but I think you
I am sorry but I think you are making a good decision. He will be sorry and if he's not, you will be glad you moved on. I do hope he realizes it, for his sake, but if he doesn't, you will have peace in your heart.
Good luck and enjoy some stress free time...and DO NOT answer your phone if his daughter or ex calls you...do NOT!
