So BM and her bf broke up Again (5th time in 2 years).... But this Looks like it is "official" according to her Fb page. lol... Well this time she has moved out and in to her parents home. This will be her and SS6's 4th move of the year.
Being that this is their 4th move wouldn't that mean she is an unstable parent?? I do believe that 2 moves is a year qualifies her as unstable but not 100% sure on that. I told DH that we need to call our lawyer and Seriously think about going for FULL custody. I don't know if any of you have any experience with this and can give advice.
A little back round on the BM- She has No Job, car or license, she also has No education. She had a job but got fired and that was only for 2 months in 5 years. She lives off the system and our support. She is a partier and gives her parents the SS EVERY weekend and sometime school night to go to the BAR. We have tons of pictures we have gotten from her FB page of her drinking. As well as all of her status updates for the last 3 years. Our lawyer said she thought we have a good shot about 6 months ago. We moved to another state for DH work and didn't get a chance to go for it. Then lawyer said since we moved it would hurt our chances. So now with him going to 3 different schools in a year and now a 4th move I think we have a great shot. My DH doesn't know if we do or not.
