I HATE CS!!
Our rent is due on the 1st, and we have next to no $$ to our names. DH is a car salesman, and this has been an extremely slow month for him. 60% of his check is taken for CS, until it is paid. DH just finished paying it last week.
I don't know what we're going to do. I'm so upset.

I am in the same boat with you. My rent is due on the first and I simply dont have it. The money just does not exist.
I sold everything I have of value last month to pay the rent. We are SOL.
I'm sorry that you have to deal with this. I hope something happens to make things better for you soon.
DH can blow $$, but I'm like
DH can blow $$, but I'm like you. I watch what I spend and always make sure that the bills are paid before I think about myself. DH's mentallity is "well, I'll use this money NOW, and make some more next week." It looks like that didn't happen this week. The worst part is that I have no idea WHEN we will have any $$ to let our landlord know when I can pay her. Worst of all, it's almost the first of the month and CS starts all over.

I'm in the same boat as you guys are. our rent is going to go up soon and I'm a stay at home mom to take care of my DD 5 month old. We are just barley making ends meet and yes I agree with you Anonymous step mom when you have other kids to take care of.
