I just wish BM would go to jail already! I'm tired of waiting to see the outcomes of all her court dates/appearances. She has FOUR court dates coming up in November, two on the Same Day! I would jump for joy if she was locked up for Xmas. I know, I shouldn't wish things like that, but damn it, I hate that woman.

As some of you know, BM has a few DV's on her record, most recent for Domestic violence against her parents, the one before that (5 months prior) convicted and sentenced to probation for attacking her BF and many other things. She violated probation with another assault, then again this month for a car accident..driving with no license. It's another criminal charge against her. I hope and pray that one of the charges will have her FINALLY put in jail...Where she belongs. Seriously, how many times can a person get away with EVERYTHING?! It HAS to catch up at some point, right? I hope.

Not only is BM violent and unstable, she has no place of her own. She's living with her friends, who by the way have 4 kids of their own, plus BM and her 3 kids. I don't know where everyone is sleeping.

On top of all that bullS. BM is a horrible parent. Conferences are coming up, and now that BD5 and SD9 are in the same school, it makes it much easier for DH to know whats Really going on. I know SD isn't doing her homework while with BM. SD only does her homework every other weekend and on Thursdays...When she is with DH. All of this is going to show on her up coming report card. And honestly, I hope her teacher is blunt with BM and DH during their seperate conferences. Last year it was obvious that SD's teacher just pushed her through 3rd grade. I hope this year the teacher actually cares about the students success.

And to prove that BM doesn't care and doesn't check SD's homework, the other night DH asked BM if she heard anything about conferences because BD5 has hers set up already. BM said "Oh, yeah...SD said something about it..but I haven't looked in her backpack lately, I'll find out for you"
WHAT??? BM hasnt looked in her daughters backpack lately?? This means she is not checking to see if homework is done correctly, or if it's done at all! SD is having trouble with math as well.

I just wish she would get sent to jail. It would make it easier for DH and pretty much cut out the middle man (judge/court) DH could just get an emergency custody order. BM shouldn't have SD, or any of her children. Shes crazy violent and just a nasty human being.

I just want her to go away.....Forever.
