SO actually followed through and has spent the day filling out the contempt papers and papers for cs. I am apparently off to court as well for my exh contempt for arrears so I filled those out today (SO's way of saying fine he'll do what he has to if I hold my exh accountable we go through CSE so I don't see how contempt will help but whatever). I fill out the papers and get the mail, I just got served exh is attempting to modify to pay even less cs because. "I switched jobs and make less." too bad I have lots of proof of his other job and his snack business at the local haunted house and his choosing a job that pays less (he's lazy and doesn't/hasn't paid what he's ordered since 3 months after it was ordered and the CSE just modified in Jan he pays what he does as he owes 300 in interest now too), and plenty of job openings including his last boss who are hiring making double what he is now and assets over 14,000 to show ability to pay. But I'll be drugged and on crutches for court since it's 2 days after my surgery October sucks.
